Cows in Hinduism

In this short story, the two shamans Regina Hruska and Stephanie König lead the reader to the east of this earth, to India. On the views of Hinduism regarding cows.Cows, bulls and oxen are considered spiritual beings to be worshiped and protected. Mahatma Gandhi (1869 – 1948) also preached compassion for all beings and supported the construction of animal and cowsheds.
These perspectives result in rituals and healing for people and the earth, which are presented here in detail.
The two shamans in „Light from the Yurt Shamanic Center Vienna“ and the „Shamanic – Clinic – Europe“ are convinced that the people of the West could learn a lot from this way of dealing with animals.
